Multi-Purpose Hall (SUM)
A fully equipped hall for all kinds of activities: executive desks and chairs, a 72-inch screen with HDMI for presentations, air conditioning, and a computer available throughout. Ideal for workshops, conferences, discussions and presentations. We keep rates affordable for professionals and organisations who need the space.

El Baúl Solidario
Our circular-economy initiative, turning the community's generosity into social opportunity. More than a shop, we are a creative workshop where clothes and objects get a second life. In our permanent textile studio we recycle, redesign and reinvent garments; we run sewing and tailoring courses, offer repairs, and accept donated household goods that would otherwise be thrown away.

Makro Kfé Restaurant School
Our centre for technical and professional training in the culinary arts. More than a kitchen, we are a restaurant-school where young people build fine-cooking and hospitality-management skills while serving the community. Training is entirely hands-on in a working restaurant: culinary technique, management and service, and local, creative gastronomy.

Shipwright Carpentry School
More than a carpentry workshop: it is an investment in our island's future. By reviving an ancestral trade, young people aged 15 to 22 preserve our maritime culture and open a genuine career path for themselves. We support them through every session with a complete, balanced meal on class days. The programme runs in modules: fundamentals and design, specialising in wood, building a 4-metre piragua, and principles of sailing.
