Makro Kfé SchoolOur first cohort is certified. We have successfully completed the first stage of the Basic Cooking Course, and we could not be prouder of this group starting out on their culinary path. Enrolment for the intermediate and advanced levels opens soon.
Young talents of bread and dough: over six Saturdays, eight young people trained in our Flours Course. The programme ran in full and the finale was spectacular — a final presentation where they showed their talent before a demanding panel. Congratulations!
Enrolment is open for school leavers. If you have finished secondary school and are passionate about food, this is your opportunity: applications for our regular programmes are now open. Keep an eye on our social media — we will be announcing the holiday-plan courses very soon.
